Yes I get it, but didn't most sign up for the rental agreement ? You know the 5% deal Tecnicil ripped them off on ? So yes, Tecnicil would love to rent those and the un-sold properties out to holiday makers !!!

YES You furnished Tecnicils properties with furniture packs too !!! They are not in your control ! Still paying to find those payments ?

All those Bars and restaurants in Santa Maria full each night ... Well they are not from Vila Verde are they ! So come on, why is Vila Verde still a Ghost Town ?
As you keep saying it's getting busier and busier each week ... From the past 2 years now ?
Is it just owners going there ?

recently arrived for a 2 week stay
glorious weather wind not to bad.

Was told that Thompson are slowly upgrading the aircraft they use to cv.
the Birmingham plane is truely awful it seems many have complained and Thompson will soon be taking 2 rows out(12 seats) to make more legroom.

I always buy a visa on arrival, this time it seemed only about 10 people were as opposed to the usual
30 plus.

This leads me to think that maybe the rumour is true that if the all inclusive load factor increase, then
Thompson will stop doing flight only.

The problem with Port Antigo is that it was built on spec.most properties were 4 bed, when they proved hard to sell, the developer put a wall in the middle to make them 2 bed 1 bath, the second bedroom being a single.workmanship shoody.needs a buldozer thru it and start again but that aint going to happen.
so one is left with a 3 star developement on a five star position.some of the early investors wont lose as a few paid £80,000 for a frontline apartment.
