Judge Beatriz Fernandez sitting in Marbella has dismissed the case agaist three directors of a Spanish real estate dealer who took money for furniture that 50 customers claim was never delivered. She ruled that the Spanish court has no juridiction in this matter as the claimants are all foreigners and the fuerniture was to be delivered in a foreign country.The furnitiure was supposed to be delivered in Cape Verde but Turkish and Bulgarian furniture suppliers took money in advance and failed to ship.

The company was based in Marbella but has now ceased trading.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Ive been watching the Godfather boxset, any truth that McLies is playing the
4th one? He's Plenty of experience.
