Surely it cannot be legal that courts are allowed to make a profit out of peoples attempts for justice which they must be doing by charging a fee of nine per cent of the amounts involved. This must bear no relation to the amount of work involved and is totally wrong as they should recover costs only and not make an absurdly high profit ?????
