1. Government increasing taxes.

2. Arbitration being a guaranteed result and floodgates opening.

3. The new 'Sherrif' sorting out the legal problems in CV by the end of 2012.

4. VV being used to house the locals of Santa Maria for some sort of social housing project.

5. Tourist numbers decreasing.

Tecnicil themselves have not paid owners the guaranteed 5% rental ? The little side deals are only being paid by other owners resort fees ! If at all they are being honoured ?

As for resort fees going up, down or even left or right, I’ve not said it’s a bad thing…. The only BAD thing is, the owners who put their trust and money into Tecnicil & VV will never see any returns !!!


Taz, Tecnicil were in on the scam along with MRI despite what some say !!! Hopefully, MRI will get their comeuppance’s this year… BUT what’s the odds all the money’s gone ? Cape Verde was in short, One Big RIP OFF …. Some just can’t see it yet !!!
