Overall Plan:

Designed by Nuno Leonidas who has designed prestigious projects in the Algarve.

There is a central pedestrianized walkway (pale yellow) through the centre of the "village"

There will be commercial units and a "village square"

There are one, two and three-bedroom apartments arranged in small complexes each around a landscaped area and pool, creating small communities.

At the bottom of the plan, there are two and three-bedroom townhouse areas each with their own clubhouse and pool.

On the right are the villas - just represented with green rectangles. There will be three and four-bedroom villas on plots of 375 and 660 square metres respectively. There is a country club and pool for the villas. There are 12 4-bedroom villas represented by the larger squares with an unobstructed view.

Bottom right is a hotel with approx 400 beds.

The complex is max 200 metres from the beach with small hotels not more than 2 stories high - the townhouses and some apartments will have a view to the sea.

The area to the right of the villas is a protected area of sand dunes.

On the bottom left of the schematic plan is an screened area where they will have a desalination plant, sewage treatment plant producing water for irrigation and also the generators for the complex. There will also be a nursery to replenish plants in the landscaped areas. The overall build density is ONLY approx 40%.

The villas and townhouses will have solar panels.

All property will be air-conditoned.

These plans are 95% finalised, but some of the plans may be subject to change:

3-bedroom villas - no change

4-bedroom villas - the walk in closet area will either be reduced or removed and there will be another bathroom - so it will be a 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom villa.

2-bedroom townhouse - no change

3-bedroom townhouse - there will be a roof terrace

1-bedroom apartment - no change

2 bedroom apartment - type T2A 108 square meters - unlikely to be included in the plans

2-bedroom apartment type T2B - no change

3 bedroom apartment (rectangular design with galley kitchen) with two separate terraces - will not be included

3-bedroom apartment on corner - may be slightly reduced in size

The changes above to the apartments may enable the inclusion of studio apartments.

Once the final plans and prices are published, any client who has placed a Pre-Release reservation will have 14 days in which to decide if they wish to proceed. Clients who choose not to proceed will be given a full refund of their deposit.

There are three payment plans available:

1. 100% on contract with discount offered on purchase price

2. Five equal payments of 20% payable at stages of build as outlined in the contract
