Looking for property? I have just returned and would like to say how fantastic CVP were. They will bend over backwards to help you in anyway they can. I think they are doing a fantastic job and I wouldn't have got as far as I have without them. I have complete and utter confidence in them and even more so since returning home. I'm just dead jealous that it's them out there and not me!! :sigh

If you are going to Sal to buy property, it is imperative that you contact CVP. Apart from being very friendly, their knowledge of real estate on the island is second to none.
We made a couple of purchases while we were there during our 10 day stay.
It is something we would never have been able to without their help. I cannot thank them enough.
Their knowledge is invaluable. They know where the good restaurants are too!

Hi everyone.

I would just like to reiterate what Shirly has said. I too returned from Sal last Thur following a wonderful week. I have also bought in Santa Maria and absolutely fell in love with everything about the town and the people!

I would rate the beaches of Santa Maria on a par with Sri Lankan or even Maldivian beaches.

Again, if there any more questions you may like answering, please do not hesitate....
P.S CVP were absolutely fantastic- nothing is too much trouble!

Just wanted to say a big "Thank you" for showing Alan and I round the developments on Sal and for introducing us to your contacts. The insight this provided has proved invaluable to us and overall has opened out our thinking on the opportunities Sal offers. As a consequence we fully expect to be purchasing our first property sometime before Xmas. Please also keep us informed of any new developments you come across.

We would certainly recommend you to anyone going out to Sal as we could not have packed so much in to the 3 days we were there without you (including the bonus of a fishing trip on the Sunday!)

Just back from a successful trip to SAL to look for investment property. CVP did a fantastic job of showing us around Santa Maria, introducing us to developers and generally answering our questions in a completely unbiased and impartial manner. We would definitely recommend them for your introduction to the island, property search and even where to find the best Mojitos in town.

We were out in Sal last August and my friend brought an appartment, and now with the help of CVP we are in full swing of getting a business and moving to cape verde.

I would like to add my voice to all the others. I was in Sal late April early May and with CVP's help got more done in six days than I would have if I had been there for fortnight and still had time for some sunbathing and a few nights out.
