24/02/07 - Carnival 2007 - Monday's 'Samba Tropical'

The Mindelo Carnival 2007 was a very spectacular affair. During the day on the Monday, all the schools in Mindelo paraded through the streets with the children in fancy dress and the sounds of music and dance accompanying them.
