17/10/06 - Work on water network begins today in Sal Rei and Rabil

The Minister of Infrastructures, Transportation and the Sea will preside over the ground-breaking ceremony today, October 17, for work on the water network in the towns of Sal Rei and Rabil, on the island of Boa Vista. The work is a part of the Joint Water Network Project for Sal and Boa Vista, and is budgeted at 2 million euros. The project is being financed by the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development and the by the State of Cape Verde.
