ImageThe master plan for the Cesária Resort tourist enterprise, to be located in Palha Carga on the island of São Vicente and with costs projected at 500 million euros, will be presented today, July 17, at one of Praia’s hotels. The ceremony will be attended by the Minister of the Economy, Growth and Competitiveness, João Pereira Silva.

Cesária Resort, which belongs to the Dubai-based Profile Group, has begun to take shape. Today, July 17, Minister of the Economy João Pereira Silva will attend the public presentation of the project’s master plan. The Resort, one of Cape Verde’s largest tourist enterprises, will be built in the Palha Carga district of the island of São Vicente.

Cesária Resort is projected to take up an area of 1,300 hectares and will be built in two separate phases. The first, which will begin soon, will cover a 400-hectare area and will include hotels, apartments and a leisure zone, among other things.
