The Lisbon Real Estate Salon, which takes place between October 24 and 28 in the Portuguese capital, will feature Cape Verde as a special “guest country,” displaying some of the archipelago’s most important tourist and real estate projects and focusing on private Cape Verdean investors.

Cape Verde’s stand at the trade fair will total 180 square meters.

The invitation for Cape Verde to send a representation to the Salon came from fair director Sandra Fragoso, who called the country’s participation “a unique opportunity to capture private international investment,” according to the web site Turisver.

The Lisbon Real Estate Salon is the largest trade fair of its type held in Portugal, and this year will feature some 325 stands, to be visited by a crowd estimated at 30,000.
