03/09/08 - President of Shell Africa visits Cape Verde

The president of Shell Oil Product Africa, Xavier Le Mintier, and the company’s vice-president for the region, Honore Dainhi, will arrive in Praia today, September 3, to get to know the reality of the fuel sector in Cape Verde and make a number of business contacts. Le Mintier and his delegation will remain in Cape Verde for two days.

Tomorrow, the president of Shell Africa will meet with members of Prime Minister José Maria Neves’ cabinet, as well as visit local Shell facilities and meet with the oil company’s staff in Praia.

On Friday, Le Mintier will travel to Mindelo to meet with Shell Cabo Verde executives and to visit the headquarters of water and electricity utility Electra.
