The house is situated at Praca Estrela in the heart of Mindelo, near the fish market, the vegetable market, the marina and close to the airport road.

The ground floor belongs to the older houses in Mindelo and the first floor was constructed in 1938. The house has solid stone walls. A complete internal renovation was done in the 1980ies. A smaller renovation has been performed 2012.

Each floor has separate water tank and electricity connection. The internal stairs has been closed with a provisory wall which can be easily removed. The ground floor is accessed from the main door facing Praca Estrela or from a side street. The first floor has a separate entrance from a side street (Rua da Craca).

The house is perfectly situated for business or as office. It can also be used for residence. Each floor is about 85 square meters.
